Your ID is a key to your exam door. Why so?
A proctor should be confident that the right person takes an exam. Examinee replacement is a rules violation and exam results integrity is always subjected.
Usually, the following documents are used for identity identification:
- Passport or an identity card of a citizen
- Driver's license, foreign passport, gradebook, student card and similar documents.
Check with your exam organizer which document is the best option for your exam.
Your name in your LMS profile must be the same as in your passport. If it is not so, contact your exam organizer and request your data update so that your profile data matches it in your passport.
If your exam is conducted on the OpenEdu platform, you need update your personal data in your profile.
NOTE: Examus Customer Care Service specialists cannot change your personal data.
