Other apps closure
It is strongly recommended to close apps that can access and occupy your screen, webcam and mirophone during your exam.
Here is a list of programs that may affect the System check procedure and block access to your webcam, microphone and desktop:
- Antivirus softwares: Avast, AVG, ESET NOD32, K7 Total Security, McAfee, Microsoft Defender, eScan, Norton 360, Kaspersky и т.д;
- Conference calls and screen sharing softwares: Skype, WebcamMax, Discord, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet;
- Remote access and control softwares: AnyDesk, Kickidler, TeamViewer, AeroAdmin;
Windows
1. Use the "Ctrl+Shift+Esc" key combination to launch Task Manager or right click the Taskbar and select it.
2. There, navigate to Details, select an app and click on where it says "End Task" at the upper-right or right click and app and select the same:
macOS
1. Use the "Cmd+Alt+Esc" key kombination to reveal the "Force Quit Applications" dialog window.
